On January 27, 2025, I served and filed a Statement of Claim against the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for vicarious liability of Barrie Housing’s fraud scheme and the County of Simcoe’s on-going attempts to help cover-it-up. Three weeks later, on February 13, 2025, Barrie Housing’s CEO, Mary-Anne Denny-Lusk delivered a Notice of Hearing to evict me.
Here’s the Notice of Hearing:
And here’s the N7 Schedule A attachment:
Yesterday, I responded with a ‘Response to N7 & Schedule A’:
And here's my evidence submitted so far:
One of Mary-Anne's most ridiculous claims is this one:

Here's the petition, which clearly doesn't mention Barrie Housing:

And here's a copy of the email blast I sent to some people, which included Yanet, which also doesn't mention Barrie Housing. I ended up sending this email to around 30 people in total.

In order to ask a politician to authorize a petition, you need to find five "supporters" first. Once five people have supported the proposed petition, it will be sent to a politician for authorization. Once it's authorized, it can be signed. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any politicians to support it and so it was never authorized.
Yanet didn't want to support my petition:

So I removed her email from the list of people I was seeking support from:

Apparently, this is me coercing Yanet into fabricating concerns about Barrie Housing. And apparently, her safety is in jeopardy now, nearly seven months later.
And here's another ridiculous claim made by Mary-Anne:

Barrie Housing has been accusing me of coercing Yanet for months due to my one-time request for support of my petition. I had to explain to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) how I simply asked Yanet to support my petition. To do this, I had to submit screenshots of my emails and texts to the HRTO. Here's the Form 10 Mary-Anne is referring to:

And here's the email from Yanet confirming that Barrie Housing asked Yanet to get involved:

Mary-Anne is literally doing what she's accusing me of. Barrie Housing got Yanet involved nearly a month before I responded to the HRTO regarding Yanet.
And here's another lie from Mary-Anne:

I wrote a two-page letter and posted this letter on the doors of 84 units in my building. This letter was folded in envelopes and taped to doors. These letters are the "posters" she's refering to. Does anything in this letter urge anyone to join me in doing something?

Clearly, Mary-Anne is terrified. But if she's not engaged in a fraud scheme against the other tenants too, why is she so scared of an investigation?
And here's another absurd accusation:

I have a legal right to ask for a formal review of my rental calculations. It's in the Housing Services Act, the Ontario Regulation 267/11 and the Ontario Regulation 316/19. According to Mary-Anne, though, requesting a review is an intrusion (by the way, I first asked for this review on December 18, 2024 and I still don't have it. When I wrote the letter below, I made an error in saying I first asked for the review on December 30th. I was going off memory when I wrote it. It's been two months now and neither the County nor Barrie Housing will give me a review, even though it's the law):

And her last accusation of me retreating is also a lie:

The HRTO recognized that it didn't have jurisdiction over allegations of fraud. As seen in my January 29th blog post, I withdrew my human rights lawsuit for a number of reasons. The biggest reason being that I had just filed a Statement of Claim against the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for vicarious liability for Barrie Housing's fraud scheme the day before. And because you're not allowed to have the same case in two courts, I decided to withdraw my HRTO case.

I can assure everyone that I will never retreat or stop pursuing justice.
Are you starting to see Mary-Anne’s true colours now?
Mary-Anne is a tyrant. I've suffered years of psychological abuse and torture because of her. I've been living in Barrie Housing since 2009 and didn't have a single problem with Barrie Housing until 2018, exactly two years after Mary-Anne showed up. And it's been constant agony ever since.
