I’ve Commenced a Lawsuit Against the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing

The last few days haven’t been going well. For reasons I don’t comprehend, the Toronto Divisional Court dismissed my Notice of Leave to Appeal Justice V.V. Christie’s endorsements ordering me to pay Barrie Housing $7,500.00. The Divisional Court judges also ordered me to pay Barrie Housing another $2,400.00. As you’ll see in their endorsement, they did not give any reasons:
So on Friday night, I emailed the Divisional Court to see if they’d explain how this could happen:

Here's the response I received:

Obviously I've already used-up my 30 minutes of free consultation.
It’s not the end of the world, though. I’m still waiting for my Motion to Dismiss Barrie Housing’s defamation action against me altogether. Considering how four judges have already decided that I’ve defamed Barrie Housing, though, I’m not feeling too confident at the moment.
I can’t wrap my head around this. I feel like I have no human rights at all.
And on January 22, 2025, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) emailed me because they want to dismiss my case against the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (CCSS):
Here's my response to the HRTO's Request for Additional Submissions:
At least they're not trying to dismiss my human rights lawsuit against Barrie Housing, Simcoe County Housing, the City of Barrie and the County of Simcoe.
However, it might end up being dismissed if this one in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice doesn't get dismissed:
The Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing

Some of you may have noticed I’ve been pretty silent over the last week and a bit. That's because I’ve been working on my Statement of Claim against the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Today, I finally finished it and filed it with the Barrie Courthouse and served the Civil Crown Law Office.
To sum it up, I’m holding the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing vicariously liable for the harms committed against me by the County of Simcoe. And I’m holding the County of Simcoe vicariously liable for the harms committed against me by Barrie Housing. I’m also holding Ontario solely responsible for the harms committed against me, and so I’ve waived all my rights to recover damages from third parties such as Barrie Housing, the County, etc., and won’t be seeking to recover losses from any other party other than Ontario.
I’m also alleging that Barrie Housing, the City of Barrie and the County of Simcoe have all conspired to cover-up Barrie Housing’s fraud scheme, as well as to eliminate the Fresh Food Weekly program through anti-competitive acts. I’m also alleging that the County of Simcoe and Gateway Co-operative Homes Inc. have conspired together to exacerbate poverty, homelessness and sex-trafficking in the County of Simcoe. In total, I’ve initiated seven torts/claims against the Province of Ontario:
Within these torts/claims, I’ve included:
Fraud
Harassment
Apartheid
Breach of fiduciary duty of good faith, fair dealing and honest performance
Withholding information
Making false representations
Making fraudulent representations
Ignoring industry standards
Intentional infliction of mental distress
Breach of the Housing Services Act
Unjust enrichment
Breach of the Competition Act, and
Abuse of dominant position
I’ve redacted some parts of my Statement of Claim for online use, but if you’re interested in reading it, you can read it here (it's 88 pages!):
The Civil Crown Law Office also confirmed receipt of it today as well:

On February 18, 2025, I still hadn't received the Ministry's Statement of Defence. Then I found out I should have sent them a letter of intent and then wait 60 days for them to investigate. So on February 19, 2025, I sent this letter:

And I attached my Draft Statement of Claim:
And this time, the Civil Crown Law Office did not confirm receipt of receiving this letter.
Why did I decide to file with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice?
Because we can’t wait four-and-a-half more years for the HRTO to start dealing with what’s happening to us.
As many of you know, I’ve been posting pretty much everything that’s been happening online and I receive a lot of messages from other low-income tenants, not just in Simcoe County but in Peel Region too. I’m not the only person going through horrific treatment from our housing services provider. There’s tons of disabled women who’re treated so inhumanely it makes me sick. Just this morning I woke up to a message from a woman with a developmental disability and she told me that the environment she lives in is like a concentration camp.
I’m not being overly-dramatic when I describe our living conditions. It’s awful. And we don’t deserve this.
So like I keep saying, I'm fighting these "people" so we can get back our human rights.
